Looking for a replacement to the OEM now. What a piece of junk. Pops off – no matter what you do – and when the miracle happened it did stick – it was because the rubber melted to the window on a not-so-hot day.
1 Star Broke Two of These Losers
I have now broken two of these brackets trying to remove them from my windshield. The plastic is the cheapest I have EVER experienced in a supposedly quality product. Garmin “bought cheap” in order to make a few more cents on their Nuvi GPS products and risks ruining their quality image. Don’t waste you money on this cheap “made in China plastic product”. They should offer it for $4 so I could buy 4, 3 spares.
5 Stars Finally a suction cup mount that sticks!
So far so good with this product. Have purchased several others in the past that failed to stick properly from day #1. This suction cup mount is doing a great job so far. Also has good flexibility so you can move the view around if there’s glare or your co-pilot is typing in new locations or an alternate route.

The product was not what I wanted. Since I had to open the package to discover that it was the wrong device, the seller would not take it back. I’m very unhappy with the experience. The seller was very unhelpful and unfriendly when I called.

The orginal set has no circle pad that can be attached to the windshild. This set come with one that is a great improvement.
