As others have noted this offers great protection of the Touch and Phone. I use it for my Touch (with an iKross Screen Protector. I have no fear of coins or toher materials that could damage Touch. And the price is a steal.

I have just received this iPod cover. It’s exactly like what I’ve expected. It covers iPod touch (2GB,8GB,…all) very well and has suitable holes for charge, headphone, volume key, power key. The magnet door is one of its good properties. I’m satisfied from my purchase. I wish I bought it sooner, before my dear iPod scratched. One important thing: this product doesn’t cover your iPod screen when it is open! (so you may use iKross 3-Pack Premium Reusable LCD Screen Protector with Lint Cleaning Cloth for iPod touch (Clear) for protecting the screen) The price also was reasonable. I give it a thumbs up or in amazon language: 5 blue stars!
5 Stars iPod Flip Case
I have purchased four of these cases–for myself and for relatives. Everyone likes them. They do add some bulk to the iPod but that’s true of any case. They also have a funny smell that fades after use. The price is right and they arrive quickly from the vendor.

As most of the people who are reading this review know, finding the right case for your iPod is, at best, a competition between style and functionality. But I am glad to report that this case… is both! This is most definitely not the stupid shell case that won’t fit right and always comes off, or the $30 silicone case with the irremovable clip on the back that gets lint all over it when you put it in your pocket or the athletic armband that bends your iPod into an unusual shape and forces you to buy a Touch… No, this is none of these.
This is a beautiful flip-case with openings for the volume buttons, cord input, and headphone jack, held closed with a magnet of surprising force. IT is, by far, the best case I’ve had the pleasure to purchase. And all for less than $20.
